1. Return Window

You have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items. Returns requested after 15 days will be declined and returned to you at your cost. The return window begins on the delivery date shown on your carrier tracking information.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Returns must include the original packaging (box, dust bags, hangers) and proof of purchase (order number or receipt). Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item. For eligible returns, we provide a prepaid shipping label for a flat fee of $7.95 deducted from your refund. You may also use your own shipping method.

5. Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Credit card refunds appear within 3-5 additional business days depending on your bank. PayPal refunds are immediate. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Cash on Delivery orders receive store credit or bank transfer within 7–10 business days. Gift purchases may be refunded as store credit to the gift recipient upon request.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: digital products and SaaS licenses, gift cards and store credit, opened personal care items (skincare, cosmetics, fragrances), perishable food and beverages, underwear and swimwear (hygiene reasons), and items marked "Final Sale" at checkout.

8. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including original and return shipping costs. Failure to report within 48 hours may limit remedies.

9. Wrong Item Received

Partial refunds may be granted for items not in original condition (missing tags, light wear), items returned after 15 days but before 30 days (store credit only), or items with missing parts or packaging. Partial refunds are prorated based on condition.

11. Exchanges

For exchanges of size or color, please return the original item and place a new order. This ensures faster processing. Direct exchanges are available only for identical items with manufacturing defects. Contact support for assistance with defective exchanges.

12. Restocking Fees

A 15% restocking fee may apply for returns of furniture, large home decor, or bulk orders over $500. The fee will be deducted from your refund. No restocking fee applies to defective items, wrong items shipped, or standard apparel returns.

13. International Returns

For international orders, return shipping costs and any customs duties are your responsibility. Please mark the package as "Returned Goods" to avoid additional fees. Refunds for international returns may take up to 20 business days due to customs processing.

14. Gift Returns

If you received an item as a gift, you may return it for store credit in the amount of the current selling price. The original purchaser will not be notified. Please indicate "gift return" when initiating. A gift receipt is helpful but not required.

15. Holiday Returns

Items purchased between November 1 and December 25 have an extended return window until January 15. This applies only to regular return-eligible items. Final sale items are still non-returnable. The 15-day window for other periods applies as usual.

16. Bundles & Promotions

If you return part of a bundle or buy-one-get-one offer, the discount may be recalculated. You may be refunded less than the proportional price. For free items returned, no refund is issued. Promotional credits used are forfeited upon return.

17. Return Inspection Process

All returns are inspected within 3-5 business days of receipt. We check for usage, damage, missing parts, and original tags. If the item fails inspection, we will contact you to arrange return shipping at your expense or disposal with no refund.

18. Refund Denials & Appeals

If your refund is denied, you will receive an email explanation. You may appeal within 30 days by providing additional evidence or requesting a secondary inspection. Appeals are reviewed within 10 business days. Final decisions are binding.

19. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you file a chargeback without attempting to return the item per our policy, we may dispute the charge with your bank. Please contact us first to resolve any issues. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and being blocked from future purchases.
